The Transformation Project Delivery Director is accountable for the integrated delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the US transformation portfolio. The role translates transformation priorities into executable plans, establishes governance and accountability, and coordinates the activities required to deliver sustainable business outcomes. This role will partner directly with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead on each initiative, incorporating change impacts, stakeholder readiness, and adoption requirements into the integrated delivery plan. This role is responsible for supporting the US business across a dynamic, complex business environment to navigate portfolio dependencies, executive decision-making, implementation readiness, measurable outcomes, and the transition of new capabilities into sustainable business ownership. The Transformation Project Delivery Director will work closely with initiative sponsors, business and functional leaders, technology teams, Organizational Change Management, subject matter experts, and regional and global transformation partners. The Transformation Project Delivery Director and OCM Lead work as an integrated delivery partnership on each initiative. The Transformation Project Delivery Director owns the integrated delivery plan, governance, execution, and business outcomes. The OCM Lead owns the change strategy, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and adoption outcomes. Both roles jointly identify risks, advise sponsors, and ensure delivery decisions reflect operational and people impacts.
