About The Position

Trissential is hiring a Transformation Program Coordinator to join our client’s enterprise Transformation Program Management Office (TPMO). This role supports large-scale transformation efforts, focusing on culture, readiness, adoption, and execution across high-visibility initiatives. It's ideal for early-career professionals energized by change, complexity, and collaboration, offering a blend of project coordination, change enablement, communications, facilitation, and data support within a relationship-driven, execution-focused TPMO environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting project management, business readiness, organizational change, or program offices
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work (Microsoft Copilot preferred)
  • Excellent presentation and executive-ready content development skills
  • Proven relationship engagement, communication planning, and facilitation capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a Program Office supporting large initiatives
  • Exposure to large-scale, technology-enabled transformations
  • Experience supporting multi-year, cross-program efforts
  • Certifications in Project Management or Change Management (PMP, Prosci, Agile, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise culture leadership and business readiness activities across multiple transformation programs.
  • Coordinate cross-program cadences to ensure alignment, consistency, and execution discipline.
  • Develop and maintain leader toolkits, talking points, presentations, and readiness materials.
  • Prepare materials for executive and program meetings; analyze feedback and drive follow-up actions.
  • Draft, publish, and maintain communications and SharePoint content supporting change and adoption.
  • Coordinate data collection for dashboards, stakeholder maps, metrics, and readiness indicators.
  • Support scheduling, content development, dissemination, and ongoing program communications.
