About The Position

The Transformation Portfolio and Governance Director serves as Schreiber’s leading authority for enterprise transformation portfolio strategy and governance, with support from the Vice President, Process Transformation. The role establishes the three- to five-year enterprise portfolio strategy, governance model, investment framework, and decision architecture, influencing functional and organizational results. The Director exercises delegated authority to recommend and, within approved parameters, determine transformation priorities, sequencing, stage-gate progression, and investment tradeoffs, and advises senior executive leadership on strategy, portfolio risk, capacity, value realization, and strategically important decisions. This position is based at Schreiber’s Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with a flexible hybrid schedule: three days per week onsite and two days per week from home, Monday through Friday. Relocation benefits include a $10,000 relocation bonus and a relocation package for those moving more than 50 miles. The role provides enterprise guidance, coaching, and capability building to portfolio, program, finance, technology, and business leaders, while leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives. It owns the integrated portfolio roadmap, dependencies, capacity view, risk profile, decision log, adoption indicators, portfolio technology, and value-realization data. The Director also partners across Finance, EPM/PMO, IT/Data, and business teams to establish initiative value cases and benefits tracking, and continuously improves governance and decision processes. The position includes food safety responsibilities in coordination with the leadership team: ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans and customer requirements; communicating customer requirements to plant production and support groups; establishing and auditing PCPs, CCPs, and Standard Operating Procedures; and reviewing procedural incidents and determining appropriate corrective action.
