About The Position

The Transformation Portfolio and Governance Director serves as Schreiber’s leading authority for enterprise transformation portfolio strategy and governance, with support from the Vice President, Process Transformation. The role establishes the three- to five-year enterprise portfolio strategy, governance model, investment framework, and decision architecture to influence functional and organizational results. The director exercises delegated authority to recommend and, within approved parameters, determine transformation priorities, sequencing, stage-gate progression, and investment tradeoffs. The role independently advises senior executive leadership on enterprise strategy, portfolio risk, capacity, value realization, and strategically important decisions. The position provides enterprise guidance, coaching, and capability building for portfolio, program, finance, technology, and business leaders, and leads large, complex cross-functional initiatives of strategic importance. It owns the integrated portfolio roadmap, dependencies, capacity view, risk profile, decision log, adoption indicators, portfolio technology, and value-realization data. It also prepares executive materials and partners with Finance, EPM/PMO, IT/Data, and business leaders to develop initiative value cases and benefits-tracking approaches, while continuously improving governance and decision processes. This is a flexible hybrid role based at Schreiber’s Home Office in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin, with three days per week onsite and two days per week from home, Monday through Friday. The office includes indoor and outdoor collaboration spaces, R&D and sensory labs, culinary kitchens, a pilot plant, and an innovation center. The position also contributes to food safety and food quality compliance alongside the leadership team.
