About The Position

As a Transformation Manager, you will oversee projects and programmes focused on organisational improvement and optimisation. You will lead a small team of project managers and continuous improvement professionals within a broader transformation team. Your role will involve providing trusted evidence to guide leadership decisions on prioritisation, ensuring the optimal delivery of departmental/business strategic objectives aligned with organisational priorities and the EA2030 strategy. You will also be responsible for high-quality portfolio reporting and analysis, tracking benefits and efficiencies, and enhancing portfolio management maturity within the Directorate. A key aspect of this role is driving consistency and alignment across change and transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices in project, programme, and portfolio delivery. As a Category 1 responder, all staff are required to assume an incident role, with appropriate training and support provided.
