About The Position

Designs and maintains an integrated program roadmap and long-term plan across interdependent projects to meet compliance and business outcomes. Coordinates governance routines and cross-project delivery activities to maintain alignment to scope, schedule, quality, and budget commitments. Develops change and transition plans covering stakeholder impacts, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement to minimize operational disruption. Guides transition execution including cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare coordination, and stabilization activities to support operational integration. Evaluates interdependencies, risks, financial tracking, and performance metrics and recommends mitigation actions and course corrections to sustain delivery continuity. Advises decision-makers on risk and dependency impacts to accelerate decisions and protect delivery commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 6+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to communicate (and work) effectively with people from different technical and business backgrounds, acting as a liaison, understanding and appreciating different perspectives and translating into terms necessary for any group or individual to understand.
  • Ability to lead dynamically and energize work teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs.
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully.
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Access databases, Word, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, Black Belt) or equivalent preferred.
  • Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (IITL), Prosci Change Management, or equivalent certification preferred.
