About The Position

At Regions, the Business Transformation Executive provides the leadership and oversight to one or more workstreams that enhances processes and technology tied to a large multi-year complex project. This position partners with business leaders and senior leaders to manage the project and delivery through multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the specific business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Ten (10) years of relevant experience
Six (6) years of leadership experience
Knowledge of the financial services industry
Ability to create and deliver influential large scale project communications with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
Ability to influence and challenge change at all levels across the organization
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Advanced analytical/problem solving capabilities
Deep understanding of project management
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Developed relationship-building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and associates
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Leads and provides oversight of the execution of the Bank’s multi-year comprehensive projects for the business transformation initiatives
Leads one or more workstreams for a business
Develops and manages the overall project plan
Ensures the project is executed according to the plans
Collaborates with technology partners and business groups to implement changes
Partners with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to achieve desired project outcome
