About The Position

Transformation Architect and Advanced Technology Integrator The Opportunity: Are you passionate about solving problems through technology? As an experienced digital systems integrator, you know the importance of implementing outcome-based digital solutions, founded in transformative architectures, process improvements, and technology insertion. In this environment, understanding how integrating a system-of-systems (SoS) is less about delivering a single capability delivery and more about orchestrating a complex ecosystem where independent systems must work together to achieve a capability no one can do alone. Since individual systems are updated on different schedules, ensuring a change in one doesn't break the entire ecosystem is critical. This role requires a blend of advanced systems engineering, operations expertise, and strategic planning, to synchronize disparate technologies into a unified, resilient architecture that provides real-time situational awareness. We’re looking for someone like you to help the Air Force and the C5ISR community solve some of their toughest challenges. As a digital integrator on our team, you’ll help the Air Force design the overarching integration framework by enforcing strict API and data governance, solving the integration of the various data flows, and aligning SoS technical capabilities with long-term strategic plans, via a digital foundation. You’ll enable executive agents and stakeholders to make data-driven decisions to ensure Air Force systems can seamlessly communicate with Combatant Commands and other military services critical to broader initiatives. You’ll also advocate for upgrading critical IT infrastructure and network nodes at installations to ensure C5ISR systems users can "fight tonight" with minimal disruption. This role also serves as the advanced technology advocate within and across the ecosystem, aligning mission requirements and systems needs with innovative designs and solutions to enable mission readiness and resilience. Work with us as we implement new technologies to change the way the DoW and the Air Force develop, deploy, and sustain critical C5ISR solutions for the better. Join us. The world can’t wait.

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a STEM field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Chief Information Officer or analogous role, and coordinating institution-wide technology initiatives and policies with the executive stakeholders
