About The Position

The Transformation Analyst Intern will support the Transformation leadership team during the summer to discover, design, develop, and deploy high priority initiatives that impact digital collaboration for enhanced customer outcomes and company performance. This is a 10-week paid internship at Avid's facility in Tustin, CA. As an intern, you'll dive deep into the team culture, take on significant projects, and play a vital role in the team's dynamics. This full-time, 40-hour per week office position is designed to offer a wealth of experience and the chance to connect with professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

Design and develop a SharePoint document management system that aligns with our maturity ladder on our continued journey of becoming a learning organization.
Pilot a minimum viable product (MVP) solution to make it consistent and easy to work across projects, find documents, and archive accordingly.
Develop compelling communications and presentations, dashboards, and orchestrate town halls to drive employee engagement and communications.
