About The Position

Road & Rail Services is hiring a Transfer Operator for our Tampa location. Since 1987, our mission has been to provide safe, reliable, and efficient rail-related services while protecting the environment and constantly improving. Requirements

Prior outdoor labor experience in Florida - construction, landscaping, farming, or other physically demanding roles
Reliable transportation - must be able to get to work daily on time
Valid driver's license
Willingness to work hard, learn new skills, and commit long term
A stable work history - frequent job-hopping candidates will not be invited to interview
