This person will be responsible for supporting the Account Transfers team. They will review and approve client requests to transfer accounts to and from contra firms, make routine phone calls to contra firms regarding the status of transfers, and screen incoming or outgoing client requests. This role also involves verifying necessary legal documentation, scrutinizing information on transfer forms and letters of authorization, and maintaining detailed records to ensure timely completion of client requests. The associate will also reconcile client accounts, create and distribute client correspondence, and assist management in improving department productivity through participation in meetings, training, and self-development. Additionally, they will handle mail, phone, and email inquiries with professionalism, perform general clerical duties, and assist other department areas during high volume periods or when staffing is low. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
