About The Position

Medical Transcriptionists are medical language specialists who provide medical transcription services for various types of diagnostic and interventional services. All transcription is to be performed utilizing the highest quality, accuracy and speed in order to provide prompt turn-around times for results. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.44 - $23.52 / hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
• Pathology medical terminology
• Surgical and cytology report transcription
• Experience with Windows and various word processing programs.
• Strong spelling grammar and punctuation skills required.
• Typing skills reflecting 55 wpm necessary with accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years

Nice To Haves

• CMT Certification preferred.
