About The Position
Baker McKenzie seeks a Mid to Senior-Level Tax Associate for its Transactional Tax practice. The desired candidate will have experience advising on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets offerings, financings, and joint ventures. Top academic credentials are a prerequisite. Technical proficiency in corporate tax, partnership tax, and international tax will be favorably considered.
Requirements
- Mid to Senior-Level Tax Associate experience
- Experience advising on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets offerings, financings, and joint ventures
- Top academic credentials
- Admitted to and a member in good standing of that state’s bar in which office you are applying to
- Cover letter, transcripts, a writing sample and resume with your application
