About The Position
Our Client is a multi-national law firm with wonderful benefits. They are looking for a transactional attorney that is barred in GA. This is an in office/hybrid position located in Atlanta.
Requirements
- Barred in GA
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in middle-market and larger cash flow and asset based financing transactions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Work well with others
Nice To Haves
- Preferably representing arrangers, agents, and lenders
- Experience in a large law firm is preferred
