Requirements
- Data Entry - Must be able to type 45 WPM
- Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Must have strong organization skills
- Must have excellent Time management skills
- Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to navigate through multiple windows
- Must be able to have good work ethic and be self-motivated in WFH environment
- Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
- Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Live in one of the following states AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
Responsibilities
- Log into the workflow and process multiple doc types for rental car agency
- Must be able to ask questions when needed
- Meet timeliness and accuracy standards
- Comply with all policies and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
