About The Position

Colliers Wisconsin is seeking a Transaction Manager to join the Occupier Advisors team and lead the day-to-day execution of complex real estate transactions for corporate occupier clients. This role serves as the primary coordinator of transaction activity, working closely with clients, brokers, attorneys, project managers, and internal team members to keep projects moving forward. The Transaction Manager enables account leaders to focus on strategy while ensuring exceptional execution and client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects, transactions, client engagements, or other complex workstreams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, consulting, finance, project management, construction, architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder or multi-location projects.
  • Exposure to financial analysis, contract negotiations, or portfolio management.
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one within three (3) months.
  • Experience presenting recommendations to clients or senior leadership.
  • Interest in developing into an account management or occupier advisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage lease renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, acquisitions, dispositions, and subleases.
  • Coordinate brokers, attorneys, consultants, and internal stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Develop and maintain transaction timelines, action items, and status reports.
  • Participate in transaction update calls and drive accountability among project teams.
  • Prepare financial analyses, proposal comparisons, presentations, and transaction summaries.
  • Support negotiations through market research and transaction coordination.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records, reporting, and portfolio data.
  • Assist with portfolio planning, strategic initiatives, and client business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency.
