About The Position

This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient home buying process from contract to close. The Transaction Coordinator will support the sales team, interact with buyers and lenders, and meticulously manage all details to ensure accuracy and completion. The company emphasizes a fun, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and growth, helping Idahoans find their dream homes. The position will eventually relocate to a new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho, in 2027.

Requirements
