We're looking for a highly organized Transaction Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and genuinely cares about creating an outstanding experience for every seller. This isn't a traditional transaction coordination role. You'll become the primary point of contact for our sellers after they go under contract, guiding them through the entire closing process while coordinating with title companies, buyers, agents, vendors, and internal team members to ensure every transaction reaches the finish line. Requirements

2+ years of experience in transaction coordination, real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, or another highly coordinated customer-facing role.
Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
Experience managing contracts, deadlines, documentation, and multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm while managing multiple active transactions.
Resourceful problem solver who enjoys figuring things out independently.
Comfortable navigating difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
Experience with real estate CRMs, Google Workspace, e-signature platforms, and digital transaction management tools.

Nice To Haves

Investor or wholesale real estate experience.
Distressed property, probate, novation, subject-to, or cash transaction experience.
Experience with RESimpli or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage every transaction from contract through closing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the transaction.
Coordinate with title companies, buyers, lenders, agents, escrow officers, and vendors.
Track all contract deadlines, contingencies, inspections, and closing timelines.
Resolve title issues, missing documentation, liens, judgments, probate delays, and other transaction obstacles.
Maintain accurate transaction files and ensure all documents remain complete and organized.
Communicate proactively with all parties so no one is left wondering what's happening.
Capture client reviews, testimonials, and referrals following successful closings.
Continuously improve processes and help build scalable systems as the company grows.
