About The Position

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join the team supporting an advanced automated transportation system at Miami Airport. This role involves performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to keep the system operating smoothly. The technician will also support team efforts on larger projects and respond to alerts to ensure reliable, day-to-day operations and a safe rider experience. This is a full-time hourly position for the PM Shift (2:00pm-10:00pm EST).

Requirements

• High school diploma/ GED equivalent.
• Some basic technical knowledge or hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical systems.
• Ability to assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to read and understand basic instructions, diagrams, or manuals.
• Willingness to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of maintenance & repair experience.
