Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join the team supporting an advanced automated transportation system at Miami Airport. This is your chance to be part of something exciting, working with a variety of electrical and mechanical systems while helping keep people moving safely and efficiently every day! WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Be a key player in keeping a vital transportation system running at its best! As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform routine inspections, handle preventive maintenance, and jump into repairs that keep everything operating smoothly. You’ll build your skills by tackling hands-on fixes, supporting team efforts on larger projects, and staying engaged on the front line of system performance. From responding quickly to alerts to helping ensure reliable, day-to-day operations, you’ll have a direct impact on delivering a safe and seamless rider experience. This is a full-time hourly position, currently hiring for the PM Shift (2:00pm-10:00pm EST) at $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements

High school diploma/ GED equivalent
Some basic technical knowledge or hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical systems
Ability to assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Able to read and understand basic instructions, diagrams, or manuals
Willingness to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
