Requirements
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Comfortable working at high elevations and altitudes in all weather conditions
- Strong customer service, organizational and computer skills
- Must consent to a criminal record check
Nice To Haves
- Previous lift operations or guide experience an asset
- Secondary language skills are an asset
Responsibilities
- Operate the tram car safely, delivering engaging 10-15 minute presentations on local history, wildlife, and geology
- Rotate between Tram Car Operator, Ticket Checker, and General Duties roles, supporting efficient tram operations and guest engagement
- Scan tickets, greet guests, and manage preboarding, ensuring accurate flight logs and monitoring weather conditions
- Maintain timely flight schedules, coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure property cleanliness, including garbage collection, snow removal, water tank refills, and groundskeeping
- Provide customer service, answering questions, offering directions, and delivering items across the property
- Support crowd control at the Upper Station during peak times for efficient guest flow and safety
- Complete training to master operational systems and comply with safety and company policies
- Collaborate with supervisors and staff to maintain compliance with company guidelines and uphold a positive guest experience
- Stay passionate about outdoor adventure, inspiring guests through enthusiasm and knowledge
