Requirements

• High School degree or has equivalent experience.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of work-related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarization with all aspects of applicable manufacturing areas.
• Effective Oral/written Communication in English and Spanish
• Computer Skills / Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).– Proficient
• General knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations and standards.
• Ability to read and learn to interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill.
• Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.

Responsibilities

• Assure all manufacturing employees of the designated areas are properly trained by conducting and/or coordinating manufacturing procedures or policies training.
• Document performed work following established procedures.
• Comply with cGMP, quality standards and policies and/or established procedures
• Support supervisors in the training/certification requirement compliance.
• Support the development of training matrices by job positions as required.
• Verify that the operators from their area have their training/certification for the operation they are executing.
• Maintains the Training requirements up to date in the Training Management System.
• Identifies and evaluates training program.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
