About The Position

This role involves providing frontline support to end users, managers, and facilitators, ensuring training systems and records are accurate, accessible, and efficient. Key responsibilities include creating user accounts, managing training access, processing recognition of prior learning (RPL) requests, and maintaining attendance and completion records to support workforce learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide high-quality customer support.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High-level computer literacy, including troubleshooting and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience preparing reports, maintaining systems and procedures, and managing sensitive or confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, WorldLearn or similar platforms.
