About The Position
We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team supporting the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Requirements
- Minimum of Five (5) years relevant experience
- Must possess Secret Clearance
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II
- US Citizenship
Responsibilities
- Develops and provides IT and end user training on computer hardware and application software.
- Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
- Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
- Prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
- Develop training documentation, user guides, etc.
- Facilitate the develop and use of training tools.
