Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years workforce and labor management systems experience.
  • 2+ years as an adult educator.
  • Frequent travel within the regions of the company and to the Home Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Director of Business Administration (DBA) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing and developing training for key roles in communities.
  • Conducting training needs assessments.
  • Identifying and implementing innovative processes and training procedures to enhance workforce development.
  • Developing multi-media programs and materials for trainings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Creating instructional design materials for Benchmark University.
  • Acting as the primary trainer for various operational platforms, including Dimensions and Dayforce.
  • Developing process improvements to ensure uniform training across all communities and regions.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation on systems and processes for associate training.
  • Administering a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress.
  • Assisting with administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs.
  • Maintaining training records via the Learning Management System.
  • Coordinating training sessions and locations with the L&D Coordinator.
  • Preparing and disseminating training materials.
  • Marketing available training opportunities to employees.
  • Acting as a point-of-contact for training participants.
  • Reporting on training activities and results.
  • Recommending improvements or new training programs.
  • Ensuring training supplies are on hand and maintaining inventory.
  • Assisting with other training opportunities to develop the workforce.
  • Setting clear priorities and completing assignments in a timely manner while managing multiple duties.
