About The Position

VTG is looking for a Training Specialist to join our team. This role involves planning and managing training development for large programs, performing Instructional Design, and developing various forms of training materials including formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, online web-based training, and distance learning presentations. The specialist will also be responsible for developing technical training plans, courses, and materials.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly required
• Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs
• Performing Instructional Design
• Developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
• Developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.
• SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community; 3 Years
• 5yrs training experience with digital signals processing
• SIGINT and C++ experience

Nice To Haves

• Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
• Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
• Experience with administrating virtual training
