To lead the design and execution of organizational training programs, specializing in instructional delivery and performance-based learning. Mentors staff on best practices in educational technology and collaborates with leadership to optimize training processes that drive employee competency and operational excellence. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager who evaluates performance annually.
