Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with department leadership to identify training gaps and prioritize learning initiatives. Work in collaboration with department leadership, subject matter experts and team leads to design and deliver onboarding education for staff including all levels/roles on an as-needed basis. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain evidence-based training materials, including training guides, work instructions, PowerPoint presentations, eLearning modules, Ai and other supplementary tools and training deliverables. Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions using various methods such as group discussions, lectures, simulations, and 1:1 in-person, on-the-job training. Maintains accurate records of training activities, attendance, and learning outcomes to report to department leadership and for employee records. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Curant Health’s practices, programs, products, policies, and technologies. Support implementation of any new or existing workflows, technology, or initiatives through targeted trainings. Function as a subject matter expert for operational processes and performance standards. Collaborate with managers and quality improvement teams to address performance or knowledge deficits. Occasional travel to other Curant Health Locations and offsite pharmacies and clinics as applicable. Attend seminars, meetings, and/or conferences to learn new training methodologies and techniques to improve the training outcomes of Curant Health employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven work experience as a Pharmacy Technician or similar role/industry, with experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
  • Pharmacy Technician license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and streamline moderately complex pharmacy or technical documents into learner-friendly training documents and modules.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and connect, engage with various personality types and learning styles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic learning management systems is preferred.
