About The Position

We’re looking for a supportive, patient, and organized Training Specialist to help guide our in‑house employees through effective onboarding and ongoing development. This role works closely with HR and leadership to ensure staff understand their responsibilities, follow company standards, and feel confident in their roles.

Requirements

High school diploma required
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to explain information clearly, patiently, and professionally.
Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, electronic records).
Reliable transportation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and company policies.

Nice To Haves

associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, HR, or education preferred.
Experience in Home Health, Provider Services, PAS, or office operations is a plus.
Prior experience training, coaching, or supporting employee development strongly preferred.
bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Train new and current employees across administrative and office departments.
Teach job expectations, documentation standards, workflows, and communication practices.
Provide hands‑on demonstrations, role‑playing, and competency checks.
Keep training files, checklists, and sign‑in sheets accurate and up to date.
Help improve training materials and identify areas for additional support.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and professionalism.
