About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in employee training within the retail sector, preferably with chain stores. This role involves collaborating with company stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and materials to enhance employee performance and ensure consistent service standards across all locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in employee training within the retail sector, preferably with chain stores.
- Prior experience in frontline retail store operations (beauty, FMCG, or chain retail preferred)
- Willingness to travel (including out-of-state travel for new store openings and training support)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (able to support basic training communication)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and strong execution skills with a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist with training programs (onboarding, pre-opening, promotions) and provide on-site support (materials, attendance, coordination)
- Support new store openings and help implement visual merchandising and operational standards
- Organize training materials and maintain records; track and analyze training data
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support daily Training Center operations
