About The Position
You will support the knowledge, skills, and efficiency of Fiserv associates by delivering engaging instruction, facilitation and administration of new hire training, and skill improvement learning sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- Ability to use basic computer systems to enter, review, or track production or quality information
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience training experience
- Experience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).
- Completed safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to improve operator efficiencies
- Ensure training content is up to date
- Support any contract or certification requirements and deliver training
- Deliver training classes or work one on one with pickers, support, and recommendation of management
