Dads Who Lead is a fatherhood program at MCNY designed to equip fathers and father figures with the knowledge, skills, mindset, and attitude necessary for positive parenting. The program typically provides parenting skills training and case management services to connect fathers and their families to needed resources. The Training Specialist (TS) role focuses on empowering fathers through education, mentoring support, and community engagement. The position aims to strengthen father-child relationships, break cycles of poverty and disadvantage, and promote family resilience. The Training specialist works to uplift fathers, help them embrace their growth potential, and build stronger, more loving relationships with their children and co-parents.
