About The Position

We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. This role involves conducting onsite and virtual training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of our data center cooling products. You will develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations, facilitating engaging sessions using demonstrations, scenarios, and guided practice rather than lecture-only delivery. You will use the LMS to manage virtual course setup, enrollment, attendance tracking, completions, and surveys. Additionally, you will provide or connect customers with technical support and mentorship during installation and maintenance processes, alongside other members of the Services team. You will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify customer training needs and develop customized training programs, ensuring customers are fully trained and confident in using our products to enhance their efficiency and happiness. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services is crucial for providing accurate and relevant training. You will adapt and maintain existing training materials as necessary for clarity, accuracy, and learner effectiveness, and collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials. Travel to customer locations as the need arises to deliver onsite training is also a part of this role. While this role is posted in multiple locations, only one hire will be made.

  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time to customer locations as needed.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office anywhere in the US, ideally in CT or ET time zones.
