The Training Specialist/ Instructor is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for CompHub end-users. This role ensures users across diverse stakeholder groups are effectively trained to navigate workflows, processes, and system functionally. As a Training Specialist/ Instructor, you will develop and deliver engaging training programs for Commission staff, claimants, attorneys, employers, insurers, and medical providers. You will create instructional materials including e-learning modules, user guides, and video-based content. You will conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, assess training effectiveness, and continuously improve learning experiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with workers’ compensation processes and CompHub workflows. You will design training programs tailored to users with varying technical proficiency levels, develop training materials for claim intake workflows, FROI submissions, hearing scheduling, document management, and portal navigation. You will maintain and publish training resources via SharePoint Online and other platforms, incorporate system updates and release changes into training using Azure DevOps documentation, and conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
