Training Specialist and Research Analyst Position
About The Position
Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening. Responsibilities Develop, present, and facilitate training programs for individuals on key practices and stanards Develop, present, and facilitate other training programs as needed Track metrics of training program Travel to facilities outside of Indiana to deliver training Qualifications Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Experience in developing and implementing training programs Local candidates preferred Experience with line workers in a manufacturing environment a plus Previous HR experience a plus Basic Computer Skills Microsoft Office proficiency This position will spend the majority of the time in the greater Elkhart, IN area.
