About The Position
The Training Senior is responsible for supporting the Training Supervisor in developing, delivering and evaluating learning for new Support Specialists and ongoing developing for existing staff. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 24 months experience in a call center or front-line customer service
Nice To Haves
- 12 months experience with Adult and Family Service Programs
- 12 months experience with inbound phone support
- 12 months training development and/or facilitation experience

- Supporting the Training Supervisor in developing learning for new Support Specialists.
