About The Position

A job at TSMC Arizona offers an opportunity to work at the most advanced semiconductor fab in the United States. TSMC Arizona’s first fab will operate its leading-edge semiconductor process technology (N4 process), starting production in the first half of 2025. The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. The recently announced third fab will manufacture chips using 2nm or even more advanced process technology, with production starting by the end of the decade. Requirements

  • Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Alternatively, company will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience.
  • Must have education or experience in project planning and management.
  • Must have education or experience in at least three (3) of the following skills: Training operations analytics and reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking; LMS administration and data integration; Training program design, facilitation, and instructional methodology; Cross-regional program standardization and instructor qualification management.
  • Must have education or experience in at least two (2) of the following tools: MS office suite, SAP LMS, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Must have education or experience in: Administering and integrating SAP-based LMS for large-scale programs.
  • Must have education or experience in: Building training data models and dashboards to support workforce readiness and instructor tracking.
  • Experience may be gained while in graduate school.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training operations: scheduling, venue, resources, and rollout.
  • Administer LMS (SAP or equivalent), including data integration and system enhancements.
  • Analyze training data, build dashboards, and report performance metrics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to standardize cross-regional programs and manage instructor qualification.
