Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in speaking and writing in English
  • Comfortable with spelling and grammar and producing polished written work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Skilled at coordinating meetings and supporting team activities

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in project management; coursework or certificates are an asset

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Instructional Design and Content Development team on course upload, QA, audience curation, course enrollments, and deployment activities.
  • Work with customers, partners, and SOTI staff on triaging new training intake requests, LMS issues, and various administrative tasks.
  • Attend meetings with members of Global Training and stakeholders to take actions, scribe meeting minutes in a project tool/planner.
  • Assist Global Training with audience groups. Gather data and include as appropriate in plans for upcoming project kick offs.
  • Assist and actively engage with our SharePoint project space.
  • Track project (ongoing project management/tracking) and help mitigate issues. Plan Projects, facilitate team meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • Create and deploy surveys, track trends, analyze results, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Draft and send training announcements, publish updates across internal channels, and maintain training‑related content.
  • Support PIR meetings, document findings, store materials in SharePoint, and share action items for future releases.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, trainer resourcing, room bookings, and regional coordination.
  • Maintain master schedules, attendee lists, calendars, and LMS invitations.
  • Track attendance with trainers and prepare weekly completion reports for leadership.
  • Create, deploy, and action feedback surveys in a timely manner.
  • Manage daily intake, triage requests, and ensure timely responses.
  • Support training needs analysis, develop training plans, and assist with ongoing project tracking.
