Support leadership and training development activities by collaborating with various departments to identify skill gaps and training needs. Design, implement, and manage talent development programs such as onboarding, eLearning, professional and technical training, leadership development, competency management, assessments, and team facilitation. Monitor program effectiveness and make improvements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
