About The Position

Bestica is hiring a Training Program Administrator to provide their services at Mercy Health Hospital located in St. Louis, MO 63141. The contractor shall meet all requirements per the basic contract and provide professionally and technically qualified individual(s) to perform all tasks in the following paragraphs to fulfill the requirements of this task order. The Contractor will collaborate with military leadership and Educators located within the Mercy Health hospitals to facilitate both didactic and clinical hands-on instruction.

Requirements

An undergraduate degree in healthcare administration; or business-related field with 5 years of proven experience as a healthcare administrator, certified project manager or in a related area(s).
Extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards.
Knowledge of military and civilian guidelines that govern policy and procedure.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order.

Nice To Haves

A Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business-related field.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting with clinical trauma (ER/ICU).
