In this role, you will manage the execution and completion of a specific set of corporate deliverables. The project scope is strictly 3 hours total, encompassing 1 delivery.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience working as a producer on corporate projects.
  • Experience in Production, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Detailed with a sharp focus on accuracy, quality, and formatting.
  • Comfortable in a creative environment; able to dive into a project quickly and reliably meet exact deadlines.
  • A creative team player who brings a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to the group.
  • Experience with Google Enterprise tools (Drive, Docs, Slides), Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus.
  • Technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project for 1 specific deliverables, ensuring successful completion within the allocated 3 hours. This includes managing timelines, resource alignment, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure the delivery meets their strict targets.
  • Work closely with the facilitator and other internal stakeholders to align on project goals and immediate execution.
  • Communicate next steps and individual responsibilities clearly to the project team.
  • Review final materials before delivery to ensure they meet exact project requirements, incorporate requested revisions, and follow the correct formats.
