This role is responsible for maintaining internal performance and quality standards, ensuring processes and metrics meet expectations, and analyzing data related to client metrics, service, and visibility. The supervisor will assess support interactions, monitor trends, and provide recommendations for training courses and performance standards. They will also deploy as part of a field team for site visits and supervise frontline Training & Performance staff. The position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other collaboration tools. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience as an analyst are required, with experience in a global, multi-cultural environment and the logistics industry being preferred. Familiarity with eLearning development tools is a plus.
