This position is in the Office of Child Support (OCS) which establishes policies and guidelines for the child support program based on federal and state laws. Ohio's child support program provides services to help ensure that children receive the financial and medical support they are legally entitled to and deserve. What You Will Do Research child support policy and system information to develop training presentations and materials. Deliver training to county and state child support professionals and assist in the facilitation of training sessions. Perform after training session duties, including tracking attendance, reviewing evaluation feedback, and updating handouts and question and answer documents. Collaborate as needed with other Office of Child Support units, ODJFS offices, and county partners to produce training. Monitor a shared email inbox and respond to inquiries.
