About The Position

Are you passionate about developing people and building high-impact training programs? BuzzBallz is looking for a Training Manager to lead our learning and development strategy and help build the next generation of manufacturing leaders. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs that improve employee performance, strengthen leadership capability, and support operational excellence across the site. You will partner with leaders across the business to identify skill gaps, implement structured development programs, and ensure our workforce has the tools needed to succeed. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in training, facilitation, or related discipline
  • Experience managing projects or leading program implementation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Site Training Strategy
  • Develop and execute the site’s Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training programs to close them.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Build Development Programs
  • Lead the front-line development program to strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
  • Design structured onboarding and development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Implement a 360-degree feedback program and development planning for team members.
  • Create Performance & Capability Frameworks
  • Design and manage a Professional Development System (PDS) to support employee growth.
  • Identify key skills for development for each team member and ensure progress is tracked.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and workforce capability.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate training content, processes, and materials to increase productivity and safety.
  • Lead capability-building initiatives such as Tier Assessment frameworks for hourly team members.
  • Ensure training programs support operational excellence and long-term workforce development.
  • Manage Learning Systems & Resources
  • Administer the company Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage training resources, technology, and budgets required to deliver effective programs.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to track training performance and progress.
