About The Position

BSN SPORTS is hiring a Training Manager, Club Enablement to join their team. This role will serve in the sports industry, impacting individuals from youth leagues and schools to corporate offices by increasing pride and community spirit. The Training Manager will lead Club Direct Readiness & Certification Programs, serve as Program Coordinator for the Club Direct Advisory Council (CDAC), develop & deliver Manager Enablement Resources, drive performance through data & coaching insights, facilitate Monthly Office Hours & Best Practice Sharing, implement Sales Simulations & Skill Reinforcement, and collaborate cross-functionally for enablement excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales enablement frameworks, including certification programs, coaching models, and performance-based learning
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable training programs
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities
  • Excellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Experience building sales content and enablement assets (playbooks, battle cards, simulations, etc.)
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Working knowledge of internal systems (QOE, VOE, TAL, MTS, Engage, SAP) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with LMS or enablement platforms is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–7 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting field sales teams in a multi-region environment preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing scalable training programs
  • Experience with sales performance metrics, coaching frameworks, and enablement tools
  • Background in sports, apparel, or team sales industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead Club Direct Readiness & Certification Programs, ensuring Field Sales Pros (FSPs) can confidently and effectively deliver the Club pitch and meet performance standards.
  • Coordinate logistics, distribute pre-reads, track action items, and support execution of ongoing sales cadence meetings for the Club Direct Advisory Council (CDAC), ensuring consistent follow-up, accountability, and engagement.
  • Create and maintain high-impact resources including coaching guides, huddle content, battle cards, and tailored recommendations to support frontline sales leaders.
  • Leverage performance analytics to identify skill gaps and struggling reps early, partnering with Sales Leadership to implement targeted coaching plans and track improvement.
  • Host recurring sessions for sales leaders to share insights, challenges, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Deliver AI-driven selling simulations to sharpen sales skills and improve real-world execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Innovation, Marketing, and Product teams to align on messaging, tools, and training priorities, supporting successful rollout and adoption of new initiatives.
