About The Position
As a Training Instructor (DSAGT) at Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will support PMS 339 by instructing students in the skills needed to assess, troubleshoot, and operate within provided specifications. This is a contingent position dependent on customer award and funding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or 10+ years of relevant naval experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in curriculum development.
- Secret-level clearance.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Perform preventive maintenance and combat-system alignment in accordance with Engineering Operational Sequencing System (EOSS), technical publication guidance, and Sound Shipboard Operating Principles and Procedures.
- Provide instruction to students on skills to assess, troubleshoot, and operate within provided specifications.
- Apply knowledge of shipboard deck systems, including anchor systems, accommodation ladders, shipboard cranes, boat handling systems, RIBs, FAS systems/sliding padeyes, retractable chocks/bitts, hangar/stern doors/gates, and weapons elevators.
