Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience implementing enterprise application software with external clients. This role is responsible for analyzing customerâs as-is operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes, develop improved processes and implement TMS software. Additional responsibilities include customer training, problem identification, issue mediation and delivering a course of action while implementing software to our clients. The Ideal candidate will have technical database skills primarily focused on Operations, Customer Service, Accounting and Financial related areas of the product. This role will be groomed for wellness reviews and business process assessments. The candidate will learn the software at a level to augment the quality of solutions provided to our customers.
