About The Position

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group that is reimagining care for children with special healthcare needs. They deliver 24/7 virtual-first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care, collaborating with families, providers, and health plans to overcome barriers to quality care. Their approach is to enhance existing care teams by providing an additional layer of support with compassion and creativity, focusing on children with medical complexity. The role is remote with up to 50% travel.

Requirements

  • Curriculum design expertise using ADDIE model
  • 2-3+ years of instructional design experience
  • Advanced experience with course creation for Learning Management Systems
  • 2-5+ years of training experience in a Healthcare setting
  • Experience training EMR systems (preferably Athena)
  • Experience onboarding clinical and nonclinical teams
  • Experience with design software and authoring tools Camtasia, Articulate 360 (storyline, Rise) and Vyond

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with subject matter experts to develop curriculum, training plans, job aids, videos, and necessary training materials for clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and help develop best practices to optimize our onboarding process.
  • Directly present training content for different audiences.
  • Assist the instructional designer with instructional design concepts and act as a line of support and mentor to the training team when necessary.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Executive Operations to execute goals of the People Team (Training and Development roles in the People Team).
  • Work closely with business leaders on alignment of educational content for clinical and nonclinical teams.
  • Be responsible for a values-based approach to leadership education and development within our company.
  • Consult cross functionally on how to build, implement and measure training initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
