The Training & Education Specialist – Pelvic Health is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and executing healthcare professional (HCP) education programs supporting Medtronic’s Pelvic Health therapies and neuromodulation portfolio. This role will support educational strategies designed to build HCP knowledge, procedural competency, confidence, and appropriate adoption of Pelvic Health therapies, including Sacral Neuromodulation (SNM), InterStim™ therapy, and Implantable Tibial Neuromodulation (ITNM)/Altaviva™ therapy. The Training & Education Specialist partners closely with Medical Education, Physician Relations, Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, and other cross-functional teams to translate therapy and business priorities into meaningful educational experiences for physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role includes management of regional and national educational programs, development and engagement of physician faculty, coordination of hands-on and procedural training, and continuous evaluation of educational effectiveness and unmet learning needs. This position operates as an individual contributor who may lead training-related projects, support various operational activities for the team, and collaborate across functions to advance the Pelvic Health education strategy.
