About The Position
Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Training Director to join our team in Texas. Fisk Electric has been a leading provider of electrical systems, structured cabling, security systems, and building technology solutions since 1913. They have a history of working on diverse and notable projects across the United States and internationally. The Training Director will lead workforce development initiatives across Texas operations, coordinating training, onboarding, compliance tracking, apprenticeship support, and employee development programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of training, HR, workforce development, or operations experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate company training, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
- Maintain certifications, licenses, and compliance records.
- Partner with Operations, Safety, and HR on workforce development needs.
- Track training metrics and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate vendors, instructors, travel, facilities, and learning resources.
